Addireen Technologies has opened a manufacturing facility in the Zhanggong District of Ganzhou, China, with capacity for up to 50 metal additive manufacturing systems per month. The company is a subsidiary of Shenzhen Gongda Laser Co., Ltd., which makes high-power green fiber lasers, and it says the site was built around assembly consistency, optical alignment and quality verification.

The facility’s main product is the XH-M350G-2HR, built around two 532-nanometer green lasers in a 2 × 500 W/1,000 W configuration.

Spec Value
Build volume 350 x 350 x 550 mm (incl. build plate)
Copper build rate up to 24.24 cm³/h at 40 µm layers
Relative density up to 99.9%
Thermal conductivity up to 400 W/m·K
Electrical conductivity up to 101% IACS
Dimensional consistency Cpk > 1.33 across a full build

Green-laser wavelengths absorb far better into copper than the infrared sources used in most metal AM systems, which is why copper printing has stayed a niche until recently: infrared lasers reflect off bare copper and struggle to hold a stable melt pool. The density and conductivity figures are Addireen’s own numbers; the source includes no independent verification or wrought-copper baseline for comparison.

Beyond pure copper, the machine processes CuCrZr and CuCrNb alloys, tin bronze CuSn10, AlSi10Mg aluminum and 316L stainless steel. Addireen is targeting cold plates for AI servers and power electronics, heat exchangers with internal cooling channels, heat sinks for optical transceivers, induction coils and aerospace thermal parts.

No pricing, machine count sold to date, or lead times were published.
