Amaero Inc has filed with the SEC for a Nasdaq listing under the ticker AMRO, offering 7,456,500 shares of common stock. Based on an assumed price of $7.06 per share, the offering carries a gross value of roughly $52.6 million, though the company says the final price will be set through negotiations with underwriters.
Net proceeds are estimated at $46.1 million after fees, rising to about $53.4 million if underwriters exercise their option to buy a further 1,118,475 shares. Amaero plans to spend up to $17.5 million on capital equipment over the next twelve months, with the rest going to working capital, operating expenses and R&D.
The business makes spherical refractory and titanium alloy powders for additive manufacturing, plus large near-net-shape parts built through powder metallurgy hot isostatic pressing (PM-HIP). Production runs out of an AS9100D-certified facility in McDonald, where three EIGA (Electrode Induction Melting Inert Gas Atomisation) systems are currently running and a fourth is scheduled for commissioning in June 2027. Current annual powder capacity is 680 tonnes, with a ceiling of 720 tonnes depending on product mix.
The growth numbers behind the filing: revenue for the six months ended June 30, 2026 came in at approximately $7.4 million, against $1.2 million in the same period of 2025. It’s a small base, and six months of data says little about repeat orders or margin.
The filing doesn’t disclose Amaero’s customer list, order backlog, or current EIGA utilization rate.
