ICON has closed a $200 million Series D, co-led by Baillie Gifford and funds managed by BlackRock, with Capital Factory, CAZ Investments, Moderne Ventures, Moonshots Capital, Norwest, Overmatch, The Syndicate and Tiger Global also participating. The money starts production of Titan, ICON’s multi-story robotic construction system, at the company’s Austin, Texas factory, and funds a new large-scale R&D site in the same city.
The shift is in who gets to run the machine. ICON has spent a decade printing its own homes and government structures; this round is aimed at shipping Titan to builders outside the company, the model COBOD already runs with its BOD2 gantry system, of which it had sold fifty units by May 2022.

ICON says it’s on pace for 4x revenue growth in 2026. The six-week and 40% figures come from the company’s internal cost modeling against the National Association of Home Builders’ annual report, not an independent audit. The company cites a U.S. shortfall of roughly 4 million homes and workforce data showing only 10% of construction workers are under 25, against 41% expected to retire by 2031, as the backdrop for the raise.
ICON Prime, the defense and space unit, broke ground on 10 barracks at Fort Bliss in January 2026, which the company calls the largest robotic construction deployment in Department of War history and the first additively manufactured structures to meet Pentagon Unified Facilities Criteria. It continues lunar construction work with NASA under Project Olympus. Neither Titan’s unit price nor a delivery timeline for outside builders has been published.
