Roboze raises $10 million from Rialto Ventures and Club degli Investitori for US push

Roboze has raised $10 million from existing and new investors to fund its US expansion and its work with aerospace, defence and energy customers. Rialto Ventures, which also led the company’s Series A, returned for this round alongside Club degli Investitori and what Roboze describes as a broader international investor group. Neither the company nor TCT Magazine disclosed the round’s valuation or what stake the new investors took.

The money is earmarked for three things, per Roboze’s own account. It will expand manufacturing capacity for qualified end-use parts as customers move from prototyping into serial and distributed production. It will fund hiring across engineering, materials science, manufacturing, AI and defence programs, with the heaviest focus on building out the US organisation. And it will push development beyond Roboze’s current high-performance polymers and composites lineup into ceramic matrix composites and what the company calls “stealth-related materials” for future aerospace and defence platforms.

Rialto Ventures general partner Simone Brunozzi called Roboze “a new layer of industrial infrastructure” that goes beyond additive manufacturing, without elaborating on what that means in product terms. CEO Alessio Lorusso framed the raise around giving aerospace, defence and energy buyers more control over production of critical components.

The announcement doesn’t name a US facility location, a headcount target, a timeline for the CMC or stealth-material work, or how much of the $10 million is allocated to each of the three priorities. It also doesn’t say how this raise compares in size to Roboze’s prior rounds, including the Rialto-led Series A.
