    Signed an all-stock merger agreement with Desktop Metal on 25 May 2023, the deal its largest shareholder would spend the summer fighting.

    Rejects 3D Systems, then shareholders reject Desktop Metal

    Terminated talks with 3D Systems (whose bid reached about 27 dollars a share) on 12 September, then on 28 September shareholders voted down the Desktop Metal merger. A year of offers closed with nothing done.

    The investment closed on 10 April 2025. Fortissimo passed Nano Dimension as the largest holder and took a board seat; CEO Yoav Zeif gave up his own board seat but stayed on as chief executive.
